Does this sound right?

Hey,

My RIB has been under cover for about 5 months, and got it up and running today... and I'm not sure if it's 'sounds' right...

http://rbwebdev.co.nz/o1.mp4

I know this is a long shot, and quite hard to tell from a rubbish sound recording from my phone, but does it sound a little jumpy?

It's got muffs on and the prop is partially (about half) submerged.

It's a Mercury 60HP 2 Stroke...

Thanks!

It certainly doesn't sound like there's anything wrong.

Needs a good WOT run to blow out all your little multi legged squatters. Clean the plugs first and make sure that you don't have a micro lake in your tank/carbs........after this time standing any misfire on a run will most likely be down to water/fuel gum in the carb bowls.

Aye, 5 knots forecast tomorrow and they've just removed the fishing ban in our area (following the giant container ship Rena that crashed in to one of our reefs!!!), so perfect timing for a blat.

Plugs look clean enough to me...

Cheers!
