E-TEC Operating Temp

What temps do everybodys E-TECs run at? I've put about 18 hours on mine now and find that at low speeds it creeps up to around 90deg but at WOT it drops down to 46. Is this normal, I've never had a motor with a temp guage before.
I know that the stratified fuel injection mode at low speeds generates alot of heat but would have expected more than 46deg at 5650rpm.....

Any thoughts/experience would be welcome!

Mark

Hi mark

The temps should be 71deg C + or - 11deg C at idle
50deg C + or - 11deg C at Wot and never exceed 90deg C at 5000 RPM.
Hope this is what you wanted.

Keith
