Engine cover Decals.

With the greatest care taken when adding or removing fuel My Evinrude 4hp with built in tank keeps suffering from the effects of fuel spillage or Fumes while . The original decals crinkled and lifted. New decals fitted and also they are suffering the same.

Would anyone know or have used a product that would help protect these decals. Maybe some kind of laquer?

Regards Chris

Aerosol Motorcycle 2k Clear Lacquer PETROL RESISTANT | eBay
Hi i use this. I have tried other types of so called petrol resistant lacquer and this one is definately the best. Lovely glossy finish and no crazing.
