re engine oil for kad 32 use 10.w40 semi

hi
i had a kad 32 diesel engine in my rib
use 10.w40 semi sin same as i use in my jeep CRd engine
remember the engine takes about 8/9 lts of oil
you will need a oil extractor to take the oil out of the dip stick pipe..

note
also check the supercharger oil level this is a bolt around the supercharger top area, that is a dip stick , i found out the hard way when the charger squeeled badley ( marina missed it off the service list)
let the engine tick over before switching it off to prolong the turbocharger.
as u know this engine is fitted with both supercharger and turobcharger .

love the counter rotating props.............

thanks

Used a Sealey fluid extractor for the last one I did, about £70 but well worth it if used regularly, see if you can borrow one. We marine Rock oil MP4 Sports, about £30 for 5 litres, hope this helps...
