engine painting

Hey guys this is my first post so bear with me. I want to repaint my Suzuki dt25. I've found a shop that sells Outboard paint but my question is do I need to use laqure or is it special paint? I'll attach a link for you all to see which paint im referring to.

Link doesn't work.
Ask the suppliers whether the paint needs a clearcoat (lacquer) over it or not. If its a metallic it probably will, if its a solid it may not.

I understand the Suzuki black is the same colour as ford panther black.

Assuming the Suzuki DT25 is silver, then the link is here. Looks like its a combo top coat and lacquer paint. Suzuki Grey Outboard Paint

Oops I saw Suzuki and thought DF, forgot that the DT was grey, sorry for any confusion.
