Since mine came back from it's 1st service, the trim calibration has been up the creek. Fully trimmed down, the Icommands are showing 59%. Am I correct in thinking that the re-cal can only be carried with main stealer software? It's a ball-ache getting it back to him.

Can't see anything about it in that, and I have no engine to plug into to see if it is an option on the software. I might offer up the connector to my Seagull but I'm not sure it would be too communicative!

Yes, for trim to register correctly on I-command guage it has to be calibrated using the diags software. Not sure why dealer re-calibrated incorrectly whilst servicing it unless he worked on the trim assy and forgot to calibrate.

Cheers Keith, a sensible reply from a grown-up. I'll get hold of Robbin' Curnow tomorrow.

Do it yourself?
We do French WJEC. What a farce! Beautiful spelling mistake in the reading paper that the teacher (slightly warped sense of humour ) decided to ring them up about......
2 minute job with laptop & software, no warranty implications. Software is easily available if you know where to look (or who to ask) The interface cable is easy enough to make up, or they can be found on Fleabay, but the quality varies.
