Evinrude Ficht 115, 2001
Does anyone know what size prop this engine will have and the most fuel friendly as well as the fastest, if that makes any sense.
i have looked on the prop and can not find any markings at all.
thanks Phil.

All depends on what RIB your using it on, if you'll be carrying a load of hairy arse divers too.

Here's a picture of them, they're a bit old and tatty but I used them for about a year on a pair of 115 Ficht's. No idea how much they would cost to post but your welcome to them, you could probably buy a new one for about £100! Oh they're 14 x 19".

I'll get an idea from the postoffice next week on the postage and let you know, or if you have someone coming from Glasgow down to you that would work.
The Fichts were good, they had been on a merseyside fire rescue boat and had led a less than charmed existence. I had a problem with an injector failing which unfortunately wasn't diagnosed until the engine ate its own piston! If you hear a chirping sound when the its running on tickover, get the injectors looked at! Other than that they were great, very frugal on fuel and tremendous acceleration, thats why when i re-engined I got the E-tecs.

If its a stainless prop the size marking is behind the nut/washer that holds the prop on.
I've got a few props that might fit too.
15'',16.5'' but stainless and not free sorry.
