"Excellent condition" propeller?

Am I just fussy or is this propeller not in "Excellent condition"?

Its got scrapes all along at least two blade edges and dents on others.

The one I've had on my boat for 600hrs has no damage and never been re-worked other than balancing when it was new.

the one in the listing above needs to be sent off for refurbishing IMO.

Not fussy - needs a refurb. Still maybe a good buy as the postage is free. If I wanted one, I'd have it sent direct to Steel Dev. and I reckon another £100 would sort it? They're £££ new.
