External Fuel Tank

I have a 2022 Suzuki 140df that I want to run on an external fuel tank through the winter instead of filling my drained main tank.

I have a small 12l fuel tank which will be more than what I need for the odd trip out.

Question I have is what fuel connector? I’m ok engine end but the tank has a chrome quick
Connect. All the connectors I keep finding only rate up to 75hp

I’d keep the main tank full, I always brim mine at the end of the season. And run off the main tank. If you start chopping & changing the existing fuel line, you risk causing more problems than you notionally solve.

Why is main tank drained? Issue? If not I would suggest it’s much better to keep it full than drained. Empty tanks get condensation and fill with water.

Winter is a good time to perform boat repairs, like fuel tank repairs

What is wrong with the main tank?
