Freezing Yamaha pipes

My RHIB is on driveway at moment but I like to run it every few weeks. With the cold weather today it was clear that the rubber pipes feeding water around were frozen (no tell tale). I let them thaw out a bit and all is fine but...i then thought if I can get some anti freeze into these pipes it would help prevent issue from occuring again so I connected up the device i use to clean the inside of engine and feed pure anti freeze through the water way. Can any one see any issues with this???

Don't know about the engine, but beware any pooling antifreeze on the ground - pets are known to drink it and die horrible deaths.

I'd use a 50/50 or a 60/40 water mix. Ethylene or Propylene glycol undiluted is very viscous and there is a danger that the very small pipes could become blocked.

Why do you run it every few weeks? I’ve never ran any of my outboards over the years unless I’m away to use it, never had any issues either.
1 of my engines I had from new and had it for 24 years.
