Find a local garage that uses 'Forte' products and get a bottle of their injector cleaner pretty good stuff, nice and expensive.

The only stuff I'd use. +1

I've used Forte diesel conditioner straight into a fuel filter on cars with high emissions for years. Smokes like an E-Class frigate on start-up and belches smoke if driven hard. Clears within 10 minutes though. Renew fuel filter and top up with fresh diesel. Most diesels will sale though MOT as it cleans injectors too. Their petrol products are probably just as good.

The Yamaha stuff (Ring Free) is reported to be pretty good. I bought a few bottles, but never seem to remember to use it. It is probably much more expensive than automotive stuff. And probably not a lot different.
