Help Needed Guys

I have just had the skeg and prop repaired on the Yam 50. After inspecting the impeller and reattaching the leg on checking to make sure everything was ok, i noticed that in forwad gear when turning the prop clockwise it makes a loud clicking noise with little resistance. In reverse gear there is resistance and in neutral spins freely as it should.

I have yet to fill the gearbox with oil as i am waithing for new screws and washers to fit as i think i have a water leak somewhere.

Can anyone help or advise as i am close to selling up and taking up train spotting or butterfly catching....
