look for what looks like an aluminium core plug on the powerhead, the number stamped on it is the serial number of your obm, and to find the age(which will be approX) go to

go onto download btm of page first then the top large download tile
then follow promps.
if now serial number found then it gets awkward you will need to contact the distributer and se if they can help.
