Steve as Oldman2 suggested, no problem transporting at or preferably slightly below full tilt angle.

Although our trolley not built for transporting our efi 20 popped it on today just to show how it would work. Easy transfer off sack trolley and plenty robust enough and well balanced to move around. However, would need to modify geometry of upper wheel set to raise powerhead a tad higher for transport. Had to put some larger wheels on to clear big tiller with current set up! I’d also remove lower wheels during transport to further lower leg and also stop motor moving around.

Slight drawback with the Merc/Mariner centrally mounted big tiller is it just gets in the way both manoeuvring upright and laying down…..bit of a pain tbh for this type of trolley.

Thanks for going to all that trouble chipko, really appreciate it.
I never gave the Merc/Mariner tiller a thought, it really does look as though it would get in the way.
