Honda 2hp Shear pin & Boat spares near Hereford

Hi all,
I'm after a shear pin for a 1997 Honda 2hp outboard. I've seen a few select websites selling them, so might have to resort to buying online, but I was hoping there might be a spares stockist within an hours drive of Hereford?

I imagine my closest outboard spares place would be Gloucester, or maybe Bristol, so do you guys know of any stores there which are likely to stock the part I'm after?

There should be spare shear pins and split pins underneath the carrying handle at the front if the motor. Are they missing?
