Honda BF60A flush port clogged

Hi,
The flush port where garden hose connects is clogged somewhere internally.
Muffs work fine with great water pressure out of pee hole.
Exterior tube is clear and I can't see hose inside under engine.

I keep boat at a dock so using muffs isn't the best solution.
I have ordered a shop manual but no idea how long that will take.

Thank you!

Have you tried removing and checking the thermostats on it, it could possibly be something due to them not opening. I had two on my Honda 90 which were rated at different temps to each other. I only ever flush on muffs and also use salt-away when flushing which removes slat. There are plenty of products used for engine flushing.

I have not checked that. Also it backs up instantly. Like in 1 second. Seems like its right where it goes into engine. I can the the hose end on engine being forced off almost instantly. I just bought boat last fall so not sure how well he took care of it.
Motor runs fine.
Also there is basically no info out there on this engine. So learning has been slow. I did change the impeller last fall so pee has been great.

Have you tried asking at a Honda dealership? the ones we have here in Aus are more than happy to give advice without pushing you to take them in for servicing. Just explain it's difficult to take the rig in to their service centre due to it being on a mooring.
Or you could get it serviced by Honda so that you know exactly where you stand with it, rather than find out it has issues while out at sea.

Ive owned three Honda's and worked on commercial boats with them and would put them close to the bottom of choice in terms of outboards to own.
