How do I measure my propellor please?

My alloy prop has got a couple of minor dings in and I've going to get it refurbed - just wondered how I measure it please, couldnt find any earlier threads you see! thanks

It should be stamped? When you drop it at the prop. repairer, ask them to measure it - they will know straight away. They will have pitch guages to measure the pitch.

Size should be stamped on it, but if not the Yam part number should be and a dealer will be able to identify it from that.

Alternatively bring it along on Monday night and we can all inspect the dings

The size will be stamped on it. However, this is often on the boss under the securing nut and can't be seen with the propeller installed.
