Hulk tank 35L

I have a 35L Hulk tank (used as a spare tank) which is a few years old. It started to leak very gently both from the pickup and from the vent, which means I can't use this tank to drive to a petrol station using a car.
Is it possible to change the seal on the pickup and to get a new cap with a vent that can be shut airtight (it's a plastic cap and a plastic vent)? Google doesn't produce results.
