Hynautic helm replacement

Hi all,

I’ve got a hynautic k6 ram running a 150 yam. I’ve also got a h320 helm that is leaking badly so needs replacing.

Does anyone know a direct seastar replacement for the 320? It needs to be seastar not baystar due to the hp size, so I was looking at the 55271-3, but it comes with orb fittings and I’m sure my brand new hoses are still npt.

Can I purchase adaptors to save me running new hoses again.

Thanks in advance

RIBase
5 ORB(M)-1/4 NPT(F) (single) - Hypromarine

How about these? It might pay you to call them.

I tend to be so confused about what I want that I struggle to ask an intelligible question when it comes to mixing and matching threads.

Thanks Guy. I’m probably confusing myself. The new helms come with orb fittings, but I think the orb part is where it goes into the helm, as they can be positionable. The other end is probably just a normal 3/8th fitting for a standard seastar hose.

Might be as simple as that, in which case, I’ll just order one.

I had a phantom that was rigged with hynautic k6 which I swapped to Seastar pro 2.4 - both the ram and the helm were compatible with Seastar.
