Now, more importantly, what about this cawl?

Jolly Sailor.
Always good to sit in the garden there, watching the inexperienced guys mooring up on the pontoon - there's a hell of a tidal run, which flows in the opposite direction to the tide. Seen many a boat pinned against the pontoon with no means of escape!

Cambrian boats have a F80 on the back of a Ribeye 5.20m rib. Quite a lump at 170kg.

southampton uni has a mariner 100hp 4 stroke on the back of their ribcraft 5.45m, performance isn't bad to be honest.

I ve got twin 40hp fourstrokes .You wonder sometimes if there running as they are so quiet. Also smooth.Dont get they smell of 2 stroke.I must say the thought of a new light injection 2 stroke is appealing though.

Tigershark had a 90hp Mariner on the back. Vernon often commented on it landing very stern heavy.

HI Stu
Grafham water used to have I think 4 5.4m seariders with Honda four stokes I think 50 or 60's. They were alright weren't going to set your hair on fire but you don't want that on a club safety boat.
Did you get my PM ?
Rgds
James
