Iveco marine Diesel 280 hp

Hi All, I am in the process of restoring a Halmatic 28 and I am powering her with a 280 hp iveco .
Now the problem is that I have always been a outboard guy and am very unfamiliar with inboards, hence when I purchased my engine I didn't account for the exhaust elbow that was missing being very expensive to replace, how wrong I was.
Does any one know where I can get a second hand one or have one made.

I have a few water injection elbows lying around which might suit it depends on the diameter of the turbo outlet,assuming it is a flange fitting

if you ring me tomorrow with the dia of the flange then i'll have a look & see what I have
