Manual or something for Evinrude 15 hp -79
Hi
I've got this Evinrude 15 hp short shaft from -79, which is supposed to work good. I'm thinking I will use it for my Bombard Aerotec 420.
However, I've got no manual for it and I would like to know more about it. I'm not even sure how these pressure tanks work. Lots of switches and stuff on there that I'm not familiar with. I've used a choke before, and a throttle handle :P
I'd like to have "dead mans grip" on it, if I fall off the boat. Can I fit one?
If the engine is good, which I don't know yet, I would like to paint it since it looks real crappy now. How do I go about to do that? Also the pressure tank looks real worn, so I'd like to give that some paint too. Could I use some spray paints to get a smooth finish?
