Alex's was in lovely condition and a nice late one but if anyone is after a 2 smoke 15 in North Wales then there is a huge bargain here:

Quicksilver Dinghy/Rib with Mercury 15hp engine and trailer | eBay

Poorly listed and you'd want more details/pics but if local it's worth a visit - flog the boat, trailer and other bits and you're looking at a net price around £500 for the engine...

Too far for me David, engine not quite right spec either but a very nice split for someone.

Another nice outfit just came on at a great price too - perfect first SIB for someone, heck of a lot of fun for £1250 or less:
