If any of you are bidding on this engine I would take a closer look at the fourth picture as it shows the engine being run at what appears to be high speed in a very shallow bucket of water, there is no telltale that I can see which suggests either there is a fault with the engine or it is in such a shallow bucket there is not enough depth to reach the water intakes.
Either way it may have suffered damage.
