Mariner Optimax Smartguages

Hi,

The glass has smashed on one of my guages. Does anyone know whether you can simply replace the glass? If not any idea how much a new guage is?

Thanks.

Tony.

Im pretty sure you cant change the Glass, and at i guess a new gauge will be loads of money. Cant tell you how much until im back at work on Wednesday.

Give your nearest Dealer a ring they can tell you how much.

It is the revs. I have glued a piece of perspex over it and I can still see it, well just about.

I'll give my local dealer a ring tomorrow.

Thanks,

Tony.

Er, well actually no they don't. Thet make a coloured bezel to replace the Merc supplied White/Black one, $11.00. The Smart gauge that they supply is a std Merc one, $252.00 retail. Although you can get a deal from www.trickmarine.net , tell him Jonny from Boatmad sent you!

In fact, Livorsi don't make much at all! It's more a bit of very expensive badge engineering!! Gauges by Autometer and Bundenberg, stainless accessories from Stainless Marine, etc etc.
