Mariner75 oil pump

Hi,
Just going over the engine ( 1991 75 2 stoke 3cyl)
and noticed my pipe to the fuel pump form the oil pump didnt have oil in it.
I alwasy thought it did.

Reading the manual it seems it sould have oil in it.

Is there any valves in the fuel pump that keep the air out.

Or do I have a leek in the pipe?

Ok Ignore this one. The manual says it all.

Air MUST be bled from both input and output hoses BEFOR the enigne is run..

BUGGER. must had a bloody leak again. or the cable ties are too big and not sealing it properly

Ok looks like cable ties were too big and letting a little air in while it was standing.

Jezza2011 you can buy proper cable ties that will go around an oil or fuel pipe that will (should ) seal it it is a mercury/marina part, bought from any merc/marina dealer, warning they are a bit expensive but good
