Merc 4hp 2 stroke aux Year 1999
I have got an aux outboard that starts no problem, but when going full power it bogs down. You can open the throttle about 3/4 at which point you can hear the engine is starting to hesitate and then any more throttle just makes it bog down and the revs reduce.
What is the best way for me to service it to fix this, is this a idle/mixture screw problem do you reckon and if so what should I set it to?
