I think for the older ones (that's most of us) - we cannot fathom or abide blooming shorthand, text type conversation (ie 'u' instead of 'you'). It doesn't have to be the Queen's English with perfect grammar but just regular typing!

i think that if people are good enough to go to great lengths in giving advice, then the decent thing to do is write some posts that look like you can be bothered.
it could be worse though, it could be written by willfish!

I find i have to keep reading this post to find the out come, despite lots of people trying to give sensible advice, it seems he does not want to accept any ? think he just likes the company.

You bunch of meanies.
Have you not thought he could be nervous/shy due to his lack of experience/understanding of engines together with poor vocabulary which is alarmingly high in the UK.
We can't all be a bunch of loud mouth, opinionated, ribnobbers (which I class myself as).
I do agree that this has been slightly painful in extracting the pertinent information.
Tut tut all of you

Luke, you are no bother to me, nor I guess to many others, if you have a question just ask, the problem is that you seem to be between a rock n a hard place, which is why you're not getting a straight answer

This is a book for teenagers. A little giggle for my 14 yr old about how you can get it so wrong and be oblivious when everybody is trying to help because you are so wrapped up in "wickedness and sickness"...........and (dare I say it) "dodgy nicked-ness".
My son read the thread ( 14 yrs old ) and immediately said the guy had nicked it and was doing it up on the cheap to sell.
So I read the thread.........I couldn't really argue with my Gus.
