Mercury 2002 20 hp

Just done a comp test on my engine no problems 135 -141 ish lovely job

My question was surprised to see std looking plugs in a mercury engine, forgot to check numbers is that right? All I've seen in past are non adjustable if you know what I mean, runs fine but a little concerned there not ment to be one there?
