What are these engines like?

Based on the gm car motor common in Astra models iirc known for turbo issues stuck wastgates especially iirc not sure how different they are from the car motors which are cheap and plentiful in terms of spares

Yes, in general not a great reputation especially on RIB's, even though the idea sounds like quite a nice package!
