Mercury Outboard Help

Hello I am new to the outboard and inflatable world but have a question on my outboard. It is a Mercury 4 stroke and trying to find the model name. Online suggests it is on the side near transom bracket and there is a tag but it’s either faded or completely blank

Is there anywhere else of finding this please ?

It's a Mercury Fourstroke

The ID plate has that Blank look because it has my initials at the top.

Some of the Mercury outboards had duplicate information on a label somewhere on the engine under the hood and/or an alloy disc somewhere on the engine stamped with a number??

Ok yes - I know it is a 4stroke I was curious why can’t see a model number or to even confirm if it is a 6hp or someone put stickers saying 6.0
