Mercury service in Wareham/Poole

Hi everyone,

I keep my Zodiac in Wareham now, to avoid trailering and to enjoy more of the area.

I need to arrange the annual service on the outboard - Merc 50 EFI - but, I'm not familiar with any of the Merc dealers in the area.

Can I get a recommendation please?

_monkey - the only places I know in the area which are Mercury dealers are Holes Bay Marine and Yellow Penguin. We've had work done at Holes Bay Marine before...but I do all the servicing myself now...I still get parts from them.

Do you want/need an official Mercury dealer, or just a place (or mobile mechanic) to do the service for you?

Thanks guys, I’m in touch with holes bay to get a quote - it’s been dragging on for a few days. The engine is 8 years old, so no warranty to maintain. I’m happy to go with a recommendation that’ll do a good job for me

I use Ollie at Yellow Penguin regularly and find him decent to deal with, knowledgeable and reasonable.
