Having just bought a diesel rib I thought it prudent to join the Mermaid Owners Club at £15 per year. The latest news letter arrived this morning and a little snippet caught my eye. Henshaws are offering 10% discount on tubes to members of MOC. Given that tubes can cost £3k, joining MOC could be a good move. Off to do their one day engine maintenance course at the end of Nov, prior to fiddling with 5 litres of engine.
