Most powerful 135kg engine on a 5m Humber Destroyer?

I have a 5m Humber Destroyer, the maximum stated outboard weight is 135kg , the most powerful 4 stroke I can see is the Yamaha 70 or the Suzuki 60 - any advice on what engine size suits this boat best ?.
Cheers
JIM
