New 9to me) engine. Serial number to parts required.

Morning all

I've been offered the following engine - bazs 3406572 bf50a.

I believe it's a 2002(?) Yamaha on tiller control and I'd like to change it to console and replace my mariner 40hp.

Is there a web site I can check if this is possible and order the relevant parts from direct from the serial number?

I've had a look on the stolen outboards list and can't see it there - anywhere else I should check?
