Oil scum on hull

Hi....just recently had my rib anti-fouled in hard white paint.
She looked beautiful until a nearby boat in the marina discharged oil onto the water.
Now white hull has large grey/black areas above the waterline.
Tried swimming around her with undiluted washing up liquid on a sponge and gentle rubbing with soft brush, but no luck removing the staining.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to clean it without damaging the antifoul?
