Old timer, Johnson V4S-11 ( 1959)

I don't know if anyone out there has any knowledge of this old beast, my recently widowed sister-in-law has one that belonged to her hubby from new, It is very clean for it's age and still turns over, I could see it sittin nicely on the back of a classic boat. Is it worth me having a go at getting it running, what is it worth, any useful links/ info would be appreciated, ta.

Pass on the value.

For getting it running, if you visit iboats.com and use their forum I bet you'll find a few people there that are still using them and could tell you everything about them. It sounds like it could be an interesting project if nothing else.
