OMC Evinrude SST vers Viper

Has anyone got experience of the performance between these two prop models?

The only obvious difference I can tell is that the SST is a painted Stainless instead of highly polished.

This one is definately swept and held along side a Viper looks visibly the same. I've tried to find info on the Net and only realy found out that older MK1 SST ones weren't swept.

I just wondered if when BRP took over from OMC the SST ones were rebranded Vipers and given a high polish finish?
