Plug change intervals are long - i'm over 200hrs now and havent needed them yet (and i'm following a kosha main dealer warrenrty service plan).

I can get you the plugs if you want, but they are not cheap.

I would use nothing but mercury genuine gear case oil - comes in squeeeeezie tubes to make putting it in easy(er). You need two or three of these.

I have the part number for the water seperating fuel filter for the 150, will post tommorow but can't be 100% sure its the same.

The part numbers depend on what your serial number of the engine is.

But for a 2004 model the part numbers are...
35-18458Q4 Fuel filter
35-853333T Air Filter.

The Air filter is the one that sits in the Flywheel cover.

Hope this helps.

[QUOTE=gavin] again newer plugs mentioned

I don't know about the 225 but the Iridium ones are now fitted to the 150. They supposedly improve plug fouling issues with extensive trolling speeds

Sparkplugs.com in the states sell them at $11.70 plus shipping at $35-$60 depending on service/carrier type - available only in "sets" of 4 - ideal for a V6 !! but still cheaper than uk ....... buy 12
