Outboard mechanic needed - Dunbar

I have a Mercury 150 which has an electrical issue. Not too complicated but beyond my very limited skills. My options are to trailer the boat back to Ferry Marine 50 miles away, or find someone to take a look at the harbour.

Problem is - despite speaking to several folk at the harbour, and at Eyemouth and N Berwick, I have yet to find anyone who fixes outboards nearby...

Any suggestions? All help much appreciated.
