Outboard Wanted!

Looking for second hand outboard between 75hp and 100hp for 6m RIB. Two stroke ideally and preference would be for a Yammy of late 90's vintage but will consider others.

How about a mariner 75hp 2 stroke ? With remotes and new prop ready to go price of £1495 ?

Thanks Peter - the Yamaha 90 is more what I was looking for..quite punchy number you're looking for though if I'm honest..

Quite possibly but it's the only kind of figure which would currently convince me to split the package as I'm yet to source a suitable 4 stroke replacement.

If and when I do, the price may have more flexibility on it but even then it's still worth £2,500 with it's current hours!

Thanks Peter, will keep it in mind..have an older 75hp Mariner to sell first, but hopefully that wont be too far away..

Still a 2000 Yamaha 90hp with new instruments here: Outboard Marine Services
or a Yammie 115hp long-shaft.

Only drawback is it's on the Isle of Man and you will need to uplift.

Hi new to this forum,have you any idea of when you might be selling your mariner 75, i have an ailling 90 6cyl version that is a little large for my transom & am looking to possibly downsize to a 75hp version,

hi i have 1991 suzuki dt 85 with hydrolic tilt and trim remote controls with cables etc all works as should 2000ono can be seen working as still on my boat

ive got a johnson 115 v4 with controls, needs tidying and new seals in rams (around £35set) unsure of year but would guess at mid eighties but only looking for £650. i know its not what you had in mind, but hell i thought id mention it!

Been away myself.thanks for offer thought i had no chance of mending my engine cost effectivly so was looking for options to buy another,but am exploring last avenue re getting some parts that may help me out. watch this space.cheers

Anyone know of any decent outboards out there...most on boatsandoutboards are scams and ebay is full of snotters!

Looking for 75-120hp, 90's onwards, 2 stroke and up to max of £2.5k..
