overheat

I have a 250 etec. I have only 40 hours and I have this problem . inside the computer of the engine is passing water for cooling it. For unknown reasons the water passage inside the computer gets blocked. Is not realy salt the think that blocks everything but it a problem as the buzzer starts sound and few minutes later the engines stops in order to protect herself.
I spoke to the importer here and he said that something is inside my engine, but my feeling is that for a reason the engine produces this blocage.
Any ideas?

How do you know that the blockage is in the EMM (Computer)?

What has been done to fix this previously?

If the engine is under warranty can't you just tell the dealer to get it fixed and leave it to him to track down the problem? If your dealer can't fix the problem then you need to find a new dealer.

First time when the mechanic came we were about to change the eem. we found the blockage into the water inlet and weclean it , but is comes back.
I clean it using a tie-wrap and then is gets blocked again. that happenet 5-6 times.
yesterday it got stuck for good . even high air pressure cannon clean it. Thuesday it goes back to the mechanic , but I waisted my weekend
