Pac drive

Does anyone know if the intermidiate housing on Pac 22 has a drain plug on it???
Cant see one in booklet
I assume its filled up with a syringe

Hmm, good question about to do mine shortly. Think the fill is on the side and the drain is underneath, but I can have alook at the manual on Monday at work. Given its location I was planning to take it out and then fill it.

int housing

Looking at the book that you sent me i only see the fill plug on top.
I can see this,on mine its a S/S grub screw ithink.

yes there are two plugs on the housing. this part is quite critical to the drive and often gets forgotten as its tucked away beneath the floor at the back. the oil slowly dribbles out and before you know you have a funny noise and then a big bill to get it overhauled.. as some of the members here can testify!.. it is sometimes easier to undo the four bolts and drop the propshaft and remove the complete item (another four bolts) than to remove both plugs - they can corrode a bit and access is not very good. Whilst you have it out you can check the condition of the donut seal , and the two shaft seals. good luck!.....
