Pacific 22 engine box refurb

Festive greetings to all!
I'm planning to refurbish my engine box on my Pacific 22 as the lid has started to rot out. I'm have a professional company manufactured the lid and I'll transfer the seats and scoops etc from the old lid to the new.
What I'm looking for is the sound-proofing/insulation material that lines the inside of the lid and the removable side panels. It's approximately 20mm thick and appears to be a sandwich of black foam rubber, a thin layer of neoprene rubber then faced on one side with a fire resistant fibre glass material which faces towards the engine.
This is all held in place by a sheet of perforated aluminium held on by self tapping stainless screws. Unfortunately I can't re-use this material as I did too good a job of gluing it in when I made it 5 years ago and I've had to hack it about a bit to get it out!
Does anyone know where I can source this kind of soundproofing/ insulating material from?
