The valves & pistons from the car engine do fit however the pistons are different, folk have used them but no idea how long they last. The engines are truly awful as a marine engine & nowadays I'd look for an alternative rather than rebuild its usually the marinised parts that cause the failure in the first place & they are difficult to find now. Personally I'd junk it & look for something else
