what do you think 60 hp 2 stroke 3 cyline will bur on 5 mt rib maybee 350 kg all up ex crew ?

I'm getting about 0.8 - 0.85 l/nautical mile at 20 odd knots. Boat clocks in around 420kg fully fueled.
