Propeller resplining

Looking to get 7x propellers resplined, they are currently 12 spline need them to be 13. Does anyone know a shop that could do this?
Ideally just machine out the hubs to 13 spline but I may be able to get some 13 spline brass hubs to be inserted
Thanks

Would of thought altering or changing the gearbox to a 12 might be easier.

Try Steel developments ............ https://www.steeldevelopments.net/

They would probably sleeve them with 13 spline hubs ...............

Have thought about it but not legal for the rules, and I'll probably sell most of these props after anyway, no resale value with 12 splines

If you sleeve them you're not going to have so much strength left in the hub. It'll need boring out large enough for the sleeve to be strong, the then thinner walls will have to carry the load of the press fit sleeve plus the blades.
Possibly a stainless sleeve welded at both ends might work.

thats quite a job to respline hubs depending on the size of the spline I wouldn't think there would be much meat left a resleave is just as bad

Got a reply from Steel Developments, they can't do it. Might end up just selling these ones on, the ones I'm really after are the bigger 15 spline cleavers, around 12x22p which have more meat on the hub to play with.

I think they look beautiful. And I am not been sarcastic. They have a very industrial look. It would be a great shame if they we no longer of use.
