Yeah the ETEC has a self generating electrical system so you can rope start those.

Surprised no one has pointed it out, the 2.6L (mine) has a problem accessing the flywheel, so rope starting is not really on without something of a strip down apparently. Not looked into it myself. I don't know about 115s.
