Quicksilver remote question

Hi I may need to replace the old quicksilver commander 2000 cerca 1991 for one of the new remotes.
i think the new remotes use different engine connectors. is there an adapter fom old to new?

Should still be able to buy the same one that you have now without the harness, are you using the normal 8pin round harness?

yep its the origional engine. so an old 1991 mariner heavy duty.
Ok will see how much its going to set me back lol

A good current type will sell for £100-£150 on ebay.

If you can be @rsed moving the electrics across, any Brand control should work - they all use the same internal mechanism.

(I have a Yam 703 working my Clamshell)
