Not seen that type before & even RS don't seem to list them although it would be worth asking.
I can see how they would work with a soft hose but I wouldn't want to use them on an EFI system as I don't think they would be able to compress the hose sufficiently to give a reliable seal.
Much the same as trying to use normal Jubilee type clips instead of fuel hose clamps on car fuel hose. The smaller size jubilee types have the same problem of not fully clamping due to the flat area of the screw part.
ETA Would this type do the job you are thinking of using the radius ones for? (Although I still wouldn't want to use them on EFI systems & they don't have the 'one fits all' of the zip tie ones)
